Verifi, Inc. announced that Jennifer Schulz has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer.
Beverly Hills, California (April 10, 2008) — Verifi, Inc., the leading provider of transaction risk management services for card-not-present merchants, announced that Jennifer Schulz has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer.

Bringing more than 15 years of business experience, Schulz joins Verifi,after holding numerous management positions within Visa, Inc. most recently serving as Global Head of Consumer Credit where she was responsible for the growth and overall health of Visa’s credit business. Prior to joining Visa in 2004, Jennifer was a senior manager with Diamond Management & Technology Consultants. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
