LOS ANGELES, CA (December 17, 2015) – Los Angeles-based Verifi, Inc., the leading provider of payment and risk management solutions for card-not-present merchants, kicked off their Season of Giving early this year with a shopping spree benefiting students of Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) on November 17th.
Orchestrated by the Southern California chapter of the Salvation Army, Verifi employees along with other local volunteers accompanied one hundred school-aged children throughout the Santa Monica Sears store. Each child was given a $100 Sears voucher to purchase clothing, shoes and accessories. Verifi employees were paired with the students to provide guidance and advice for each purchase and even donated the overage cost for each child.

On December 1st and 3rd, Verifi employees from the Las Vegas office volunteered at the Salvation Army’s West Owens Ave location to serve meals to families in-need.
