Key Hire for Verifi will Further Develop the Company’s Suite of Award-Winning Chargeback & Dispute Mitigation Services
Verifi, Inc., leading provider of  chargeback and dispute mitigation services for card-present and card-not-present merchants, today announced that Hitesh Anand has joined their executive team as Chief Product Officer.
Hitesh brings more than 15 years of experience in product management and innovation to this role. Verifi will look to Hitesh to advance development of their award-winning suite of  chargeback and dispute mitigation services, as well as lend his vast talents to innovating new products and services. He will also contribute to the product vision, strategy, design, and development.
Prior to joining Verifi, Hitesh served as Chief Product Officer and President of North America for Mobikon Asia Pte. Limited, where he oversaw the creation of an AI-driven SaaS platform, enabling merchants to gain insights on customer behavior and increase sales. Before Mobikon, Hitesh was VP of Product at Verifone, where he created a new smart payment devices vertical and led Verifone’s mobile wallet strategy and implementation by partnering with players such as Apple Pay, Android Pay, and AliPay. Prior to Verifone, Hitesh was Global Head of Product at Citi Enterprise Payments, as well as Head of Product and Technology for Nokia Mobile Financial Services.

Hitesh earned an MBA from Duke University and an MSE in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University.
