As we navigate the evolving impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, Verifi and Visa recognize our partners are facing significant operational challenges. To support clients in focusing on the security and stability of their organizations, Visa is postponing its April Business Enhancements Release (BER) to July 17, 2020. This includes the release of Rapid Dispute Resolution (RDR), which will now launch in July.
RDR – What’s Next
In anticipation of the new launch date in July, our teams are actively working with sellers and issuers to complete enrollment and ensure strong RDR participation for launch. To our clients who have already signed up for RDR, we thank you. Over the coming weeks, you will receive additional details to support onboarding, including invitations to a series of educational events to support readiness.
COVID-19 Dispute Monitoring Program
To support those most heavily impacted, Visa has implementing a COVID-19 Dispute Monitoring Program, beginning April 1. More information on this program can be found, here.
Verifi and Visa are committed to supporting our partners, ensuring your payment protection services continue uninterrupted during this trying time. We are actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation and its global impact so that our teams are fully prepared to support your business needs, now and always.
If you have any questions about RDR, please reach out to the Verifi Support Team.
