Karen has over 20 years of payments industry experience. Her forte is guiding clients through the complex and varied payment environments, with a focus on the card not present space. Karen’s roles have included client management, channel partnerships, consulting and strategic planning. Karen uses a solution-oriented approach that includes client retention and satisfaction, revenue generation, and operational efficiencies.
Knowledge Walker, Channel Partner Manager
Knowledge joined Verifi in 2016. He has strong payments, fraud mitigation, and account management experience. During his time with Verifi, he has managed direct clients and reseller partners on both the Client Relations and Channel Management teams. Knowledge is also a product expert for our CDRN product.
Gabe McGloin, Head of International Merchant Sales & Business Development
Gabe has nearly two decades of experience in global e-commerce with key roles in Merchant, Payment Services/eWallet and Acquiring/Processing organizations. He has extensive experience in building and leading business support and subject matter expert teams, developing relationships with external stakeholders, and managing top revenue clients.
Chris Marchand, Vice President, Business Development
Chris has been in the payment space for over a decade and has helped some of the world’s most recognizable brands mitigate CNP risk, recover revenue, reduce churn, and retain customers. In addition to his strategic business development and partnership responsibilities, Chris is a regular speaker at payment industry conferences, educating merchants on payment fraud and risk mitigation, dispute and billing management, and customer retention strategies.
Rick Lynch, Senior Vice President, Business Development
Rick joined Verifi in 2006 as its first employee and has extensive experience in business development, sales, and marketing in the payment industry. Prior to Verifi, Rick served as Director of Marketing, Director of Sales, and Director of Business Development for Cardinal Commerce Corporation. Rick has been a presenter at industry trade events and has published several articles in payment industry periodicals, including Transaction Trends, Transaction World, and The Green Sheet. Rick holds a B.F.A. degree from the University of Dayton.
