Verifi “Paid it Forward” to multiple charities this quarter through a team coordinated challenge!
Employees banded together and decided where they wanted to devote their time and funds.
The chosen charities were: We are the Movement, Camp of Champions, Create Now, Downtown Women’s Center, Community Gardens, Smile Train, United Friends of the Children and SAMFund.
Employees took a day of service to raise funds through bake sales, coordinate games and sports activities with underprivileged youth, cook meals, deliver sack lunches, sponsor auction and comedy event, and renovate gardens. The various charities provide support to a variety of communities in the greater Los Angeles area, such as the homeless, foster care children, young adults with cancer, children affected by cleft palates, low income youth, women in need, and local public gardens. We are so proud of the creative efforts put forth by every team and look forward to pledging more time and effort towards charities close to Verifi’s heart in near future!
